L’été est revenu au Lac Bellevue. Sur la plage, le Roi de la patate vend ses frites. Sur la rive d’en face, inspiré par l’odeur des frites, un poète écrit des histoires mystérieuses... Dans ce spectacle intime, acteurs, marionnettes, animations vidéo et musique, font grouiller tout un monde autour du Lac Bellevue : des canards, des grenouilles et des mouches, mais aussi un gros champ de… patates! Summer has returned to Lake Bellevue. In his snack bar, The Patato King is waiting for his first customer. Across the lake in a chalet, a Poet writes the first lines to his story. Inspired by the smell of fries he makes The Patato King his hero. Lifted by the winds of inspiration, The Patato King is swept away into the night and lands on a hazy island, home of the despicable King of Flies.
